1. Consignment of Goods: Detailed information including consignor, consignee, destination, flight dates, and cargo dimensions must be indicated in the consignment letter. Shipping lists and relevant documents serve as the basis for booking flights.

3. Warehouse Booking: Morning delivery (around 9:00 AM) is required for afternoon flights. For next-day flights, manifests should arrive by 2:00 PM to meet customs computer system recording deadlines.
4. Security Checks: All air cargo undergoes safety inspections. Chemical products require a verification certificate or DGN report confirming they are non-toxic and non-explosive. Liquids are generally prohibited by airlines.
