We charge based on the greater of the volumetric weight or the actual gross weight. If the volume is larger, we charge by CBM; if the weight is heavier, we charge by KG.

The standard formula is: Length(cm) x Width(cm) x Height(cm) / 6000. For Global Express services, the divisor is 5000 instead of 6000.
